Problem: When user double clicks the ica file, Application launches in the middle of the dual monitors. Half on one side of laptop and half on the other side of monitor.

Solution: Open the ica file with text editor and goto the value TWIMode=On. Now change this value to off, like TWIMode=Off. This will resolve the issue.

Problem: Sometimes when we try to open license management console(Localhost:portnumber) doesnt open anything. When we check in services.msc, citrix licensing service is set to automatic but it is stopped. When we try to start it, we get an error message saying, “Could not start the CitrixLicensing service on local computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.”

A workaround is to move or delete the following two files:

c:\Program Files (x86)\citrix\licensing\ls\conf\activation_state.xml c:\Program Files (x86)\citrix\licensing\ls\conf\concurrent_state.xml

Now restart citrix licensing service.
